Rezelute Online Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.  Rezelute Fashions accepts returns within 30 days of shipment.  Please note the following conditions for all returns:
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.
All lingerie (intimates), jewelry, and clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Except as provided by applicable state law, store credits, gift cards, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Rezelute Fashions reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
Rezelute Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Purchases with a Return Authorization within 30 days will be refunded back in the form of Store Credit.

Complete the bottom back portion of your invoice and enclose it with your returned merchandise.  We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking.  Return shipping will not be refunded.
Ordering
How do I order online?
Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the first item you wish to purchase. Choose the color, size, and quantity you want then click add to shopping bag. After reviewing your purchase, you can continue shopping by clicking on a category or click start checkout. You will be asked for your shipping information, which is the address you wish to have the package shipped to. You will also be asked for your billing information, which is the address where your monthly credit card statement is sent. Your method of payment will be using the PayPal system. If this is a gift, please be sure to include a message. Enter your credit card information if not a member of PayPal on the payment detail page and click to continue. Now click on complete checkout to submit your order. You will receive an on screen receipt and an e-mail order confirmation will follow shortly. Make sure you write down your confirmation number just in case you need to reference it later.

Can I fax or mail in an order?

How do I cancel an order?

How can I check on the status of my orders?
When your order has been submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on order status.

What does it mean when my order is under "Authorization Review "?
We take great pride in our effort to prevent Internet theft. In our effort to prevent the unauthorized use of our customer's credit cards through Paypal, we have a strict authorization review program. There are several reasons why an account will show under authorization review status. There may be a problem with the billing information, the shipping address, and/or we are having trouble contacting your credit card issuer or Paypal is still reviewing information. We will make every effort to ensure prompt investigation of these instances and process your order in a timely manner.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
In most cases the items are packed and shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Orders will generally be shipped within one business day, unless for some reason an item has become unavailable or if we need to contact you to verify some aspect of your order. Can I return merchandise by mail?

1. Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to enter it each time I place an order?
Once you create an account we will have your information saved on file; however, you may edit your shipping information online if you need to ship to an alternate address.

2. What is the difference between a billing and a shipping address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card billing information. The billing information you provide must be the same information that your credit card issuer has on file. If you’re billing address doesn’t match what the bank has on file, your order will be placed on hold. This may cause delays or cancellations. The charge you see on your account is actually a pre-authorization hold. This hold will drop off from your account according to your credit card issuer's (Bank) policy and PayPal payment Policy. 8. Why is my size not showing on the pull down menu?
Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. We offer sizes from XS - XL and 00 - 15. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item; it will no longer be shown online. To ensure the best fit for you, we recommend that you also refer to our size chart.
